XXX Machina: Residuals is an experimental film and sound work drawn from the prompts and images in XXX Machina, re-performed using my own body as projection surface. Layers of AI-generated language and moving light collapse into each other until neither image nor flesh can be distinguished: only the residue of a dialogue between body and dataset. The piece extends the recursive logic of XXX Machina into the material realm and blurs the distinction between skin and avatar. This work is on view as part of the Radical Dreamers pavillion in The Wrong Biennale 2025. The work is a WIP and will be iterated throughout the course of the festival.
